Dale is our new lead pastor. On October 1st, 2005 he assumed the responsibilities of senior pastor of LifeSpring. Pastor Dale has a strong desire to see people equipped and released into ministry. His wife, Debi, has a real heart for ministering to international people. He and Deb have two sons who are both in the ministry.					Roland has a heart to see people encouraged and built up in the Lord (Col.2:6,7).Presently, he ministers in the areas of small groups, worship and Christian education. Marlene is ministering in the ladies ministry. Roland and Marlene have been married 25 years and have 3 boys, Michael, Daniel and Nathaniel.

		Pastor Birt is the founding pastor of Liberty Christian Church, whom we merged with in 2002. He heads up our seniors ministry and is actively involved in ministering to pastors in the area.					Jon is our new youth pastor here at LifeSpring. He and Aimee head up our new youth ministry, SURGE. He and Aimee have a passion for young people and desire to see them encounter God, find their identity and bring His kingdom to the world. They have two beautiful daughters, Alivia & Emberly.
